Maria Rose and Danny Elswick

Maria and Danny can be seen often on the "Midwest Country" nationwide TV show on RFD-TV. They've released a DVD and many CD's, including the latest, "Originals", featuring songs written by Maria. Their biggest honor has been traveling overseas on 11 USO tours to entertain our Armed Forces. Maria received the "Presidential Point of Light" Award, hosted her own TV show, and has appeared on numerous national TV and radio shows, including the Ernest Tubb Midnight Jamboree on WSM and the Wheeling Jamboree. Danny is the music and instrumental talent behind the duo's music background tracks, recording all instruments and backup harmonies in their own studio, Mada Recording. They both host a radio show on WELD in Fisher, WV every first and third Sunday at 5:30pm, and feature their own recordings, along with many regional and national music guests. Recently, Maria and Danny performed at the "God and Country" theatre in Branson, Missouri with Norma Jean, (former singer with Porter Wagoner). Norma Jean saw them on 'Midwest Country' and invited them to be part of her show, which lead to an open invitation to return anytime they are in Branson. In August, 2009, Maria and Danny were inducted into the "Midwest Country Music Hall of Fame", and also received the "Gospel CD of the Year" Award.
